Immune Antibody Test Of Three Common Virus Diseases In Piggery

Nowadays, infections of some animal virus epidemics are increasing in some degree via many ways. With the trend of more and more vast & intensive piggeries developing, two mainly problems have arisen, which is the big density of pigs collection, the other being frequent species immigrants. The CSFV, PRV and PCV2 are the most common and deeply infected among in the mainland of China, which have caused substantial properties loss. How to reduce and predict currencies of these 3 epidemics efficiently, keeping satisfactory productions of the pork, have became a large target which is to be resolved for by many piggeriesCollecting clean blood from the follow 6 different groups, which contained piglets, weaned piglets, grown pigs, pregnant pigs, bearing pigs & boars as samples and separating serums from these blood samples for the research that are divided into two categories for the antibody tests. One category's serums were examined to check the CSFV&PRV antibody by the Antibody test card, the other's to checked the PRV&PCV2 antibody by the ELISA Antibody test box. Test results turned out that the former category's CSFV&PRV antibody levels of boars, being pregnant for 60 d pigs, preparation pigs'qualified rates were all upon 90%, even the 100% in the two groups of being pregnant for 60 d pigs and preparation pigs. Other groups'antibody qualified rates were on the following : Parturition pigs'CSFV 78.6%, PRV 92.9%. Obviously, the 20 & 56 d piglets'CSFV&PRV qualified rates were lower than any other groups. 20 d piglets'CSFV qualified rate was 21.4%, PRV qualified rate being 64.3%. The 56 d weaned piglets'CSFV&PRV qualified rate was 30.4% and 41.7% respectively. Every group had higher qualified rate of PRV than that of CSFV, except the 140 d preparation pigs; The later category's PRV antibody levels of C-group's qualified rate was only 16.67%, others'qualified rates being 100%, which had the same outcome as the former's.PCV2 positive infected rates were the following: piglets 33.33%, weaned piglets 8.33%, grown pigs 66.67%, pregnant pigs 33.33%, bearing pigs 50% and boars 14.3%.The result of the experiment had showed in some degree that CSFV&PRV antibody qualified rates were at high level in the piggery. However, more attentions should be on grown pigs and weaned pigs to enhance immune antibody and coordinate the levels. Positive outcome among in 6 different groups can react PCV2 infection were extending, which should be valued by the piggery, and get ways to clean it.
