Bean showed the content of soluble sugar was increased by 28.85%～46.64%; Phaseolus valgaris L crude protein content of fruit was increased by 9.27%～19.87%; Phase olus valgaris L fruit content of vitamin C was increased by 24.37%～39.18%; Pha seolusva lgaris L nitrate content of fruit was reduced by 16.62%-25.04%.2.Treatment of humic acid organic fertilizer application Cucumber yields were signifi cantly higher than the control,yield was increased by 4.32%～16.35%.Humic acid organic fertilizer application significantly improved the quality of cucu mber fruit.Performance of cucumber fruit soluble sugar content was increased by 12.80%～35.07%;cucumber fruit content of vitamin C was increased by 14.33%-31.70%;cucu mber fruit soluble solids con tent was increased by 5.87%-11.14%;cucumber fruit nitrate c ontent decreased by 16.51 %～33.54%.3.Treatment of humic acid organic fertilizer application Tomato yields were significan tly higher than the control, yield was increased by 5.21%～14.73%.Humic acid organic fertilizer application significantly improved the quality of tomato fruit. Perfor mance of tomato fruit soluble sugar content was increased by 8.33%～17.95%;tomato fruit titratable acidity increased slightly; tomato fruit sugar/acid ratio was increased by7.79%～12.68%;tomato fruit The content of vitamin C was increased by 10.32%～23.27 %; tomato fruit soluble solids content was increased by 5.70%～10.83%;the content of nitrate in tomato fruit was reduced by 12.61%～25.45%.
