Forestry Biomass Energy Base Construction And Development Countermeasures Of Shaanx

Energy is the significant strategic resource in national economic and social development.With the global economy and the rapid development of society, the need of resources grow up in a high-speed around the world.The resources like petroleum,coal and natural gas have been consumed a lot,which almost lead to the drain of the fossil resource.To this day,it has become a common understanding among the international community to explore and exploit the renewable energy sources especially the biomass energy.The minerals energy is poor in our country when compared with other countries,it's high time to develop biomass energy and other renewable energy sources.The forest biomass is a majar part of renewable energy sources,making full use of the forestry resourceshas an important meaning on optimizing energy structure,reducing the reliance on fossil fuels and ensuring the national energy security.This study is based literature and comprehensive analysis,which deliberate biomass energy base construction in Shaanxi deeply,and there are major results:Fitstly,the biomass energy forestry in Shaanxi is not only abundant,but there are also a lot barren hills and grounds which are appropriate to foster the biomass erengy forest.That is to say,it provides a source supporting for the development of the forestry biomass energy.Exploring and exploiting forestry biomass energy on one hand can reduce the reliance on the fossil fuel and increase the way of energy supporting,on the other hand,it can speed-up the process of forestation virescence ang has an positive influence on improving ecological environment.lt can also increase the locals' income and accelerate the cource of the new socialist countryside construction.Secondly,there are more than 10 kinds of forestry biomass energy species in Shaanxi,at the present,the species that are feasible to develop the forestry on technically are Pistacia Chinesis Bunge,Xanthoceras Sorbifobia Bunge,Tung Oil Tree,Chinese Tallow.There is 129,300-hectare grounds of these species in the whole province,which is an advantage to the forestry development.Meanwhile,we shall focus on solving the problems such as the energy dispersedness,the traffic inconvenience,the poor condition of the woodlands and sites,the lag of technology study and popularized appplication etc.Thirdly,according to the natural conditions of each area and the biologic characteristics of species,it's planning to build 233,500-hectare grounds of forestry biomass energy wood in 10 cities,83 counties,which contains of new-build wood 160,200-hectare,transformed 73,300-hectare grounds low-yield wood.lt concentrates on Pistacia Chinesis Bunge,Tung Oil Tree and Chinese Tallow in southern Shaanxi,while Xanthoceras Sorbifobia Bunge in northern Shaanxi and Loess plateau.Forth,to accomplish the boom of the forestry biomass energy industry in the whole province,governments at all levels should enhance their leading roles ,pay more attention to the exploration of forestry, consider carefully,make overall arrangements,make scientific planning,innovate mechanism,srtenghthen scientific research,seed breeding,propagandize work and mobilize enthusiasm of the forestry formers also the whole society to foster and exploit the forestry wood,advise the government to enlarge supporting of biomass energy policy the same time.
