HeiLongjiang province is an important grain product place in our country,provide a lot of grain,good climate conditions is the preconditions to carry on grain production,study the climate change in the grain production place is significant to country's grain project.The climate index data of 24 cities in black soil area of Heilongjing province during 1965-2005 were used to be analysed with ArcGIS 9.2,SPSS 13.0,DPS 7.0,spatial interpolation analysis,trend analysis,MK mutation inspection analysis,Yamamoto index inpection analysis were used to analyse climate change features from space and time aspect in black soil area of Heilongjiang province. The results show that:1) 40 yearly mean temperature of Jixian,Baoqing,Shuangyashan,Shuangcheng,Harbin,Bayan is higher,Wudalianchi,Kedong,Keshan is lowwer;the ten yearly mean 3.84-4.73℃area become bigger obviously,2.52- -0.70℃,-0.70-0.56℃area become smaller,show that high temperature area of black soil is northing. The average annual temperature increase about area of 0.0489℃.In the mid of 1970s began to be increase slowly, trend is more obviously at the last of 1980s, a notable temperature mutation in 1988,secondly in 1989.2) Beian, Qingan, Suihua, Hailun, Suiling, Bayan is higher; Shuangyashan, Baoqing is lowwest; the ten yearly mean 68.3-69.4% area decrease obviously,66.3-67.0% area increase obviously. Relative humidity increase of 0.43% each year. 1967 and 1968 was decline. In 1974, the most notable was happen, then keep an increasing tendency.3) Precipitation of Nehe,Yian is little,459 - 479mm ;Qingan, Bin ,Wuchang is higher 608-668mm.The ten yearly mean 408-449mm,449-481mm area reduced significantly; 481-506mm,506-524mm area was increased gradully.Precipitation of Black soil area increase 0.5106mm every year,1966-1980, 1968-1975, the annual amount of Precipitation decrease, the rest years have kept increased,in the 40 years,there were nine mutations, two obviously mutations is 1974,1998.
