Quercus as the more widely distributed in Shandong province, with high economic and ecological value of trees, has always been a plant, an important object of ecological research, and leaf characteristics of Quercus for scientific research, is still relatively rare. Leaves as the plant growth and development of vital organs, in the field of plant taxonomy application also has a very high value, the use of plants for rapid classification of leaf characteristics on plant taxonomy has become a hot research field, leaf morphology is the geometry become an important basis for identification of plants. Eccentricity, shape parameter, the degree rectangular, circular, area bump ratio, convex perimeter ratio, sphericity, aspect ratio and other dimensionless axial leaf shape parameters, because their leaf area and the direction from the impact of describe the geometric features have become an important indicator of leaf shape.The experimental study area is the Laoshan North nine water. The experiment selected oak tree, Quercus acutissima, Quercus, Quercus, Brachypodium serrata, Quercus mongolica leaves mature complete the study. In mid-August, mid-September, early October,10 mid-May, leaves collected in this experiment. Experiment to get a lot of raw data. Through reliability analysis, data distribution test, and other selected indicators of central tendency, we choose the sample data in mid-October as the standard study. According to the formula, we calculated the 6 species of leaf characteristics of the standard parameters. The software can automatically sample pretreatment, extraction of leaf margin, leaf shape until the final fitting.
