| The experiment uses Zygocactus truncatus for the materials. Set four nutrient levels of Hoagland's (1/4,1/2,3/4 and full nutrient solution) and compare with pure water hydroponic. At the same time, set three different changing the water times (10d,20d, and 30d). Through the determination of related morphological parameters and physical signs, discuss the Changes in physiological characteristics of different nutrient solution concentrations and under different water exchange time, to determine the best Hoagland nutrient solution concentration and the best water exchange time for hydroponic Zygocactus truncatus, and providing a strong theoretical basis for the daily life of the water culture of plants. The test results are as follows:1.The differences in Morphological indexZygocactus truncatus can survive and grow at different treatment conditions of water culture. However,the root length,the new node numbers,the amount of flowering and the amount of water content and biological growth and other performance indicators of Zygocactus truncatus are different forms during at the different nutrient solution conditions and under different water exchange time. The amount of root length,the new node numbers, flowering,biomass growth in volume and water content in 1/2concentration were significantly higher than the other nutrient solution concentrations and water control treatment. The morphplogical index of water exchange time 20d were higher than 10d and 30d. And at the full nutrient solution, the number of green algae of the water culture was significantly more than the other nutrient solution concentration. And there are roots rotted phenomenon under water exchange time 30d.2. The differences in Physiological indexesDuring the different nutrient solution concentrations and under different water exchange time, there were significant differences in Chla,Chlb,Chla/Chlb and Chla+b, Chla,Chlb,Chla+b of Zygocactus truncatus in 1/2 concentration and water exchange time 20d were significantly higher than the other treatments, but Chla/Chlb is significant lower than any other treatments.It explain that the negative resistance of Zygocactus truncatus in 1/2 concentration was the best and could satisfy the conditions which is indoor flower. Zygocactus truncatus's root vigor in 1/2 concentration and water exchange time 20d were significantly higher than the other treatments. Accroding to the plants'trait that roots grow towards fertility, it shows that the nutrient elements contrast of low concentration nutrients and water is too low to promotes the plants'root grow. During different treatments, the content of MDA in 1/2 concentration and water exchange time 20d were significantly lower than the other treatments, showing the best adversities.The activities of CAT are significant different in different treatments, in 1/2 concentration,it is the best,and it is higher under water exchange time 20d than 10d and 30d. The determination result of Soluble sugar content's trend is as the same as root vigor and CAT activity. In 1/2 concentration,there is the most soluble sugar and under water exchange time 20d,there is higher content of soluble sugar than 10d and 30d.Through the study of Zygocactus truncatus's morphological index and physiological indexes,it is concluded that:Zygocactus truncatus can survive and grow in pure water. Adding nutrient can promote the Zygocactus truncatus's growthing in hydroponic. And the 1/2 concentration of the nutrient processes the most obvious favorable to Zygocactus truncatus's growthing than the other treatments. 20d is the best water exchange time, although Zygocactus truncatus can growth well under the water exchange time 10d and 30d,the indicators of Zygocactus truncatus showed different degree of reduction under the two water exchange times. |
