In this paper,10 different ramie varieties to nutrient and drought stress reaction were studied by the test of pot, field,slope. Through the determination of related biology index and physiological and biochemical indexes, excellent tolerance varieties had been selected. Meanwhile, soil and water conservation effect and mechanism of ramie were researched in 25 degrees slope land. The main research results are as follows:1. Screening on ramie varieties of drought resistance and Poor-soil-f ertility Tolerance(1) The methods and index of screening on Poor-soil-fertility Tolerance ramie varieties and variety classificationEvaluation index of poor-soil-fertility tolerance can be done by tiller number a nd total fresh weight, leaf area, leaf spad value,leaf number,nitrogen use efficiency, potassium fertilizer use efficiency.Membership function of each character were analy sised,10 ramie varieties can be divided into three kinds, the stronger poor-soil-ferti lity tolerance varieties were lengshuijiangyema, liuyangyema,xiangzhu-3,tri-1;The me dium poor-soil-fertility tolerance varieties were zhongzhu-1 and changshayema;The weakest poor-soil-fertility tolerance varieties were XiangZhu X2, XiangZhu XI, Xia ngZhu XB and xiangzhu X3. Ramie poor-soil-fertility tolerance germplasm screenin g method is:through the pot experiment with new planted ramie that measured the total fresh weight, leaf area, leaf spad value,leaf number,nitrogen use efficiency,pot assium fertilizer use efficiency of seven indicators can be quickly and effectively fi lter out ramie poor-soil-fertility tolerance germplasm.(2) The methods and index of screening drought resistance of ramie varieties and variety classificationRamie drought resistance evaluation index can be simplified as leaf SPAD value, growth rate, leaf number, stem diameter, wilting degree, leaf area, CAT, PRO, POD.Each character of subordinate function analysis,10 ramie varieties can be divided into three kinds, the strongest of drought resistance were lengshuijiangyema,Xiangzhu-3,zhongyi, tri-l;the medium of drought resistance were liuyangyema XiangZhu XB; the weakest of drought resistance were changshayema,XiangZhuX2, XiangZhuX1, XiangZhu X3.(3)Poor-soil-fertility Tolerance and drought-resistant species classification of ramieThe stronger Poor-soil-fertility Tolerance and drought-resistant varieties were Lengshuijiangyema, xiangzhu-3, tri-1;The stronger Drought resistant and medium fertilizer tolerance varieties were Liuyangyema; The medium Drought resistant and weak fertilizer tolerance varieties were Xiangzhu-X1; The weak Drought resistant and medium fertilizer tolerance varieties were Changshayema; The weak Drought resistant and weak fertilizer tolerance varieties were Xiangzhu-X2, Xiangzhu-X3, Xiangzhu-XB.2 Soil-water conservation function of ramie on slope land(1) Effect of soil and water conservationThe basic rule of erosion modulus to every treat district under different rainfall was forage> corn (ck)> fiber> no-harvest, the runoff coefficient was forage> corn (ck)> fiber> no-harvest.
