In this thesis.the Datang tianjia'an thermal power plant to predict the sources of danger in the power plant on the basis of identification analysis, the consequences of fire and explosion. Division of evaluation unit for the object, combined with extensive thermal power plant safety evaluation, refer to the thermal power plant security evaluation criteria, the use of the separability principle the establishment of a safety evaluation system to measure the security of the system relative scoring rate combination of text and numerical analysis obtained scores of the evaluation of projects of thermal power plants, and there is a problem in the safety evaluation based on the scoring rate in evaluation of projects, the use of gray theory, to carry out the gray analytic hierarchy process and gray relational analysis, the overall plant operation and the important factors affecting the analysis, the overall health of the thermal power plant for the medium, the most important factor affecting the thermal power plant safety assessment is the evaluation of the production equipment in the aspects of labor safety and operating environment the hidden dangers.We design and development the safety management information system of the thermal power plant by Visual Basic6.0and Microsoft SQL Server2000database. The main features include basic information management, hazard management and safety evaluation system. Basic information to be completed by the personnel information, training information, device information etc.Hazard management work carried out is a dangerous source of inquiries and incident management. The power plant safety evaluation system, in accordance with the expert scoring of the safety evaluation, safety evaluation problem rectification, the commencement of the safety evaluation report output, the complex evaluation process through a simple system to implement, convenient to carry out the work.Using the system, can improve the efficiency of production management, to combine the thermal power plant to carry out the safety evaluation of safety management to better implementation.Figure [19] table [18] reference [53]...
