Magnetostrictive Sensor is a non-contact high-precision displacement measurement sensor.It is integrated with magnetostrictive, electromagnetic induction, electronics and high-precision pulse interval measurement.As it is not effected by oil and dust,it can work in high temperature,high vibration and corrosive environment.It is widely used in machining,metallurgy,pharmaceutical and other civil occasions as well as in ships, missiles, aircraft and other military occasions. It is playing an increasingly important role in people's lives.The paper finished the signal conditioning and the design of multi-interface capabilities under the application environment and design requirements. Signal conditioning system is responsible for sending the initial pulse, detecting the echo signal, measuring the precision pulse interval, data filtering and processing. The circuit including the contolling system module, pulse driver module, echo detection circuit module and the precision time measurement with TDC-GP2 module.The paper developed several interfaces for the sensor,such as 0-5V voltage,4-20mA current, SSI, and ModBus bus. In addition, the paper developed network interface based on ARM processor and embedded Linux operating system.By setting up a network server,it is convenient for network management and centralized control.Static test was taken, by analyzing the result of the test, this design can satisfy the requirements of the demand.It also lay a good foundation for the further research.
