As the development of production technology, the traditional mechatronic systems put forward higher requirements. Transverse flux moto(rTFM) with high torque density is a new topology of motor,which meet the high flux density, high torque, low speed characteristics of the body structure. Therefore, the transverse magnetic field permanent magnet motor is gradually becomes the focus of the study of motor.On the basis of summing up the electromagnetic characteristics of transverse flux motor, the parer design the transverse flux permanent magnet motor control systems.This technology is of great significance in the practical promotion and application of transverse flux permanent magnet motor(TFPM) technology.In the analysis of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on the electromagnetic structure, the paper establishes a electromagnetic mathematical model of TFPM and analyzes the characteristics of TFPM. At then,by modern control theory based predictive control algorithm under the d-q rotating coordinate TFPM mathematical model of electromagnetic, for the simulation. Applies direct torque control strategy on transverse magnetic field of permanent magnet synchronous motor to achieve torque control, and applies MATLAB software simulation model. Simulation results show that the control strategy used in this paper has good control characteristics of transverse flux synchronous motor.On the basis of the analysis and simulation of direct torque control method, the paperDesigns of TMS320F2812DSP-controller device, the application of IPM power modules of the main circuit and peripheral circuit controller hardware platform. And Compiles the TFPM direct torque control system flow chart of software engineering.The results show that the model prediction control theory and direct torque control strategy for TFPM excellent control characteristics.
