The design of traditional refrigeration system uses the experiments and empirical formulation as the main means, having the characteristics of developing for consuming long time in a development cycle, being low efficiency, high cost, difficult to optimize etc. But, if we conduct the refrigeration system device with a computer to simulate, which is the effective method to avoid the traditional design bringing about lots of drawbacks, it will be possible to develop the quick installation, simple and efficient refrigeration system. The components of refrigeration system operate complexly and have many kinds of features in large range of refrigerant conditions, the amount of interference and so on. Therefore it is necessary to understand the various components operating on different conditions to improve the accuracy and stability of the various components and to ensure the accuracy of the results.In this paper it is established the various components of the mathematical model for refrigeration system, such as the evaporator, compressor, condenser, capillary tube, envelope etc, and is established a steady-state distribution parameter model and the envelope of the refrigeration system,is established dynamic mathematical model. It is used the Visual Basic language to develop the various components and the system simulation program. According to the calculation results of the refrigeration system, it is to operate the characteristics of the device and the impact of component parameters for providing a reference of the refrigeration system's design and optimization.
