Previous analysis for the mechanial properties often simply assumes the ideal rigid mition in the whole servo system so as to avoid complex calculations. For actual mechanical structure, however, the gap inherent in transmission chain can result in resonance that has a great impat on system performance. In the paper, mathmatical model is derived for the servo system of rocket launcher, followed by simulation on dynamics of the transmission system, whose influence on servo mechanism is analyzed with varing excitation frequency and transimission gap.3-dimensional solid modelling is first carried out based on real structure of rocket launcher. Then, according to dynamic theory, nonlinear differential equations are obtained to represent the dynamics of transmission system, and MATLAB is used to solve these equations for the generation of dynamic response characteristics of transmission system at different excitation frequency and transimission gap. After that, ADAMS is employed to establish dynamic model, and analyze muzzle vibration curves of rocket launcher both during the periods of transmission and recoket-launching. At last, finite element model of key components are constructed making use of ABAQUS to get stress and strain distribution during recoket-launching for the check of structural reliablity. Conclusions drawn in this paper provide some theoretical guidance for structural optimization and engineering test of weapon system, and analytical methods used here can give some inspirations and directions to future research in this area.
