The asphalt mortar is a kind of heterogeneity compound material which is composed together by rubber powder and ordinary cement concrete,with rubber and the excellent properties of cement concrete,It have broad application prospects in highway construction.This paper use rubber cement concrete as the research object,the rubber powder of cement concrete admixture of the influence of physical and mechanical performance,analyzing its application in highway engineering.This paper investigates the test raw material from quality and selected the stability of quality tests using Angle selected rubber powder, cement, sets and other related materials, meanwhile experiments confirm rubber powder mixed in the cement, cement and setting time after that rubber powder over-indulgence extend you can play the slow coagulation effect.Through the mix design of cement concrete identify various test materials dosage and test methods. Will the rubber powder mixed with different proportion to cement slurry respectively net, cement mortar and cement concrete, analysis of rubber powder mixed and different dosage of cement concrete strength influence.
