Automotive electronic control automatic transmission (Automated Mechanical Transmission, referred to as AMT), based on mechanical transmission, increasing the automatic shift control system, the shifting with the automatic function, a substantial increase in the clutch, synchronizer life and traffic safety, and retain the traditional mechanical transmission with high transmission efficiency level, small size, body simple, reliable, easy to manufacture, low cost, low fuel consumption and maintenance advantages with the use of low cost, suited to China's national conditions. In recent years, automatic transmission, the growing market demand, with a vast market and development prospects, but also in recent years, the domestic vehicle manufacturers and transmission manufacturers have been active in research and development projects.This reference to past research results, research experience and the combination of Datong Gear Co., Ltd. China National Heavy Duty Truck AMT projects, AMT electronic control system is analyzed and studied.Paper first analyzes the automotive industry the development of automatic transmission mounted device status, the automatic transmission control system and its operating characteristics, and thus leads to expand the automotive electronic control automatic transmission, the importance of research.Hardware design part of the circuit LM3S8530 microcontroller core for the entire system of control, the main circuit for the H-bridge circuit, respectively, control the clutch motor, gear selector motor, gear motor reversing, also carried out various parts of the sensor selection type and its peripheral circuit design, and completed the design of the sensor signal conditioning circuit. In addition to the display and keyboard module circuit module circuit design, the basic hardware of the system to meet the design requirements. The part of software design, the control system software for the preparation of the circuit, interrupt module program, display circuit programming, keyboard input circuit implementation procedures and some of the features of the software program of its preparation. Experiment LM3S8530 microcontroller chip to complete the sensor signals a good reception, analysis, choose the best control law, and completed a rising, falling block, reverse gear, forward gear selection conversion.
