Since the 21 century, china's electric power industry is moving towards an efficient, energy-saving, environmentrol protection, energy utilization and the environment both sustainable development for the strategic target of development stage, its important mark of ultra superitical unit is growing. The ultra supercritical power generation technology's can create new economic points, it is the strategic choice of sustainable development of china's power industry, it is the innovation of economic. And the main steam temperature control is directly related to the safe and economic operation of generating units. Therefore, features of the main steam temperature control system and the main temperature control strategy of the ultra supercritical units is studied in this paper. The steam temperature control strategy has been studied for years. Along with the widely application of DCS system, the cascade PID control model has been widely adopted as a classical strategy. However, For ultra supercritical unit but its actual effect is not satisfactory.On the base of analysis to the adjust mission, control problems, design principles, the static and the dynamic characteristics of the super-heated steam temperature object. Seperatly fuzzy control and predictive control application is suer-heated steam temperature control. Carries on the theoretical analysis and the simulation research, it found both significant advantages, but there are marked shortages. The two is reasonable combined. Complement each other should be used to the control system. Therefore, a kind of fuzzy predictive control based on T-S model was designed. Compared with tradional control algrorithms, the algorithm robust good, simple, easy to adjust online advantages. Applying this algorithm to the main steam temperature control of ultra supercritical unit, the results simulations show that the quality of control system is good, the control variable is smooth, and the robustness and anti-interference quality are also good, Thus it has hopeful application propect.
