In recent years, as every military power spend more and more money on their ballistic missile defence system, their ballistic missile defence system has played an important role in defence, especially the USA's NMD system has an dramatic effect on defence, so, in order to break through the defence of our enemy to improve the deterrent power of our strategic ballistic missile, the paper will make a study of ballistic missile warhead's maneuvering penetration against the backdrop of The Second Artillery Force's project during Twelfth Five-Year Plan period. In this paper the research on ballistic missile warhead's maneuvering penetration was divided into two parts:Penetration problems of Free Flight and Re-entry Flight. In Free Flight, Firstly the paper established attack warhead and EKV's kinetic models according to the characteristics of this flight, Secondly optimize the initial position of EKV, choose penetration mode according to practical situation, while analyze the impact on miss distance by penetration moment and penetration orientation without yawp, then the paper design a penetration attitude search algorithm based on the max required overload of EKV, and the paper work out the penetration orientation is efficiency by simulate results, At last the paper analyze how the yamp affect the whole penetration process. In Re-entry Flight, the paper use Newton-Euler method to derive the dynamical equation of MMCRV, the effect of differernt moving mass ratio, axis podition and period on the attack angle and normal overload of re-entry warhead, the result is re-entry warhead can got a greater normal overload when it's center of mass has a slightly offset, and then re-entry warhead can have a larger terminal maneuver ablitily, which provide an effcetive guarantee for penetration in Re-entry Flight,.
