Greater stress concentration in composite materials joints make it an important strength of composite structure weakness.Composite interference connection is a very important connection joints form.This paper focuses on the composite interference connection technology. Research material for the continuous carbon fiber reinforced polymer composites:carbon/epoxy T300/QY8911, hereinafter referred to as composite materials.Firstly, the mechanical properties of composite materials, a comprehensive and detailed description, summarized the current research status in this field, and on this basis leads to the purpose of this study, from the numerical simulation further supporting their analysis.Secondly, the use of composite materials Ansys10.0 software connector plate connecting rivet hole stretch in the state of the mechanical properties of the finite element analysis, static contact analysis algorithm used with analog composite rivet interference with the process of plate.Ansys simulation found by the same angle ply composite mechanical properties by a certain similarity.Cooperation on the space under the structure and interference with the mechanical properties of the junction was compared with that:composite laminates under an appropriate interference fit connection, to ease the stress concentration, structure, improve the strength of the connection.Again, the use of composite materials Ansys 10.0 software connector plate in the single-hole interference rivet connections under different amount of friction when the modulus ratio and the mechanical properties of the finite element analysis and comparison.Research results show that:when the interference with the right amount of modulus and friction coefficient, the structure strength of the connection is well optimized.Finally, this paper summarized the research for the paper to solve the problem yet made a follow-up prospects.
