With the stronger environmental consciousness of the Pollution,Electrostatic Precipitator ( ESP ) has to face both opportunities and challenges, at the same time, as the major product to prevent the pollution of the environment. The electrostatic precipitator, as high effective air pollution control equipment, has been widely used in power, metallurgical, building materials industry and so on. Massive emissions poses a serious threat to people's health, people realize the importance of environmental protection, with the requirements of environmental protection and low carbon increasing development of life, efficient, energy-saving electrostatic precipitator high voltage power supply is essential.This topic is dsPIC as the core of the electrostatic precipitation power control system. The basic principle is to collect the first and secondary sampling signals and sends to micro controller, micro controller for the collected data calculations, calculate the current state of the triggering Angle, which needs PWM signal output control in the right IGBT phase in, in order to adjust the size of a voltage transformer, the booster, subprime rectifier voltage dc signal into a field, ESP applied to realized the electric dust control. This paper also introduces the basic principle of electrostatic precipitation, electrostatic precipitation power design principle of the main circuit, based on dsPIC as the core of the dust source control system hardware and software design. Also presents precipitators with the host computer communication and how to operate .
