Fox Cashmere Fiber Blended Knitted Performance

Fox fine fiber falls into the category of animal protein fibers, and it takes on a lumen structure, which can store plenty of still air. And it possesses excellent warmth retention and permeability. In order to satisfy consumers' need and explore fox fine fiber's potential, the main researching works have been done are as follows:(1) The treatment of raw fox fine fiber. And the effect of lotion selection on the quality of fox fine fiber was discussed mainly.(2) The physical and chemical properties of fox fine fiber. And a series of experiments are conducted on single fiber one-off drawing, specified elongation elasticity and stress relaxation of fox fine fiber, antibacterial viscose and acrylic fiber to compare and analyze the mechanical properties of fox fine fiber.(3) On the basis of the physical and mechanical properties being studied,12 sorts of F/C (F/V or F/A) blended yarns with different blending ratio -5/95,10/90,15/85,20/80 are developed with cotton spinning equipments. And the mainly technological parameters and its technology settings of every procedure were discussed.(4) The property of blended yarns was tested, which prove the process design is feasible.(5) F/A blended knitted fabric were prepared, and the wearability of the fabric was analyzed primarily.At the present stage, the study and application of fox fine fiber is still at the primary stage of research and market exploration, and the further research will be made through the study of this paper.
