According to the liquid and solid impurities removal task of Daqing oil field associated gas, a multi-stage separation technology which was based on gravity separation, centrifugal separation and deep hollow fiber filter separation was researched.Based on the research on the abililties of cylone setting to decontaminate coarse oil and powder, hollow fiber to nanofiltrate and absorb dust, the paper initially established a high efficient liquid and solid impurities removal equipment in oil field associated gas which contained gravity separation, centrifugal separation and deep hollow fiber filter separation three unit parts. The Fluent software was used (which was based on Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)) to simulate the fluid field which was complex heterogeneous in the production process of natrual gas purification device. The uneven distribution of velocity field, pressure field and temperature field were investigated. The results showed these two parts achieved ideal separation effects and meet operation condition requirement. Finally, industrial test was carried out to investigate the effect on liquid and solid impurities removal based on the multi-stage separation technology which contained gravity separation, centrifugal separation and deep hollow fiber filter separation. The result showed the equipment run well, and the liqulid impurities removal amount was 720g/104m3 (gas) more than the former equipment, the solid impurities was 237g/104m3 (gas) more than the former equipment, which achieved the goal.
