In this paper discusses the using of area of floodwater utilization. The ecological riverbank and stream circulation of the joint use and Multi Technique Integration to construct the water system (including landscape lake, wetland, ditches, etc.) of Beitang area, and further development of binhai new area of water ecosystem typical construction and research. The main contents are as follows:(1) Research of ecological restoration and pollution control on rain water supply , which based landscape waterAccording to the characteristics of ecological water use in Binhai New Area, use the ecological technology such as Eco-slope, shallow, new-wave-type flow constructed wetlands, aquatic biological control, etc., study on the high salt pollutant removal.Though optimized integration of a variety of bio-ecological technology, we improve the water quality and ecological restoration. Then build the ecological water system with the technologies of ecological restoration and pollution control on rain water supply based landscape water.(2) Operation and management mode of the Landscape RiverEcological health of water, water features and beautiful, the region ranked Lek security, resource and energy conservation are our control objectives. Use systems analysis methods to study on the Beitang regional landscape river water circulation, water quality and other operating parameters . We proposed water source (surface water, rain and flooding, water diversion outside) the optimal configuration and optimal operation of the river landscape management, which include river water salinity control and different run time (flood and non-flood ) river water level control, water circulation and flow control methods, eco-fill water, water ways, water time control.The scheme of the water quality maintaining is according to the capacity of the water environment and water quality and quantity analysis, and also through scientific analysis of the water volume and water quality conditions.The construction will play a positive role on improving the Binhai New Area. A major functional areas in urban centers, to improve the living environment and promote the development and surrounding land along the region's economic development and promote regional development. The research result is not only a ecological water environment and water to a virtuous cycle of development plate-like and technical support to the Binhai New Area, but also a model window and technology reserves to Tianjin even the northern city in the ecological environment construction.
