Analysis On The Causes Of Abnormal Emission Of The Gas In The Limestone Under The Coal Stratum One In Paner Coal Mine

In this paper against the accident of gas emission in Paner Coal Mine in June 27, 2009, according to the geological features of the coal mine, the combination of research methods of theoretical analysis, computer simulation, field measurement and laboratory analysis will be used to analyze and study gas occurrence of limestone stratum under coal stratum one in Paner Coal Mine. It is summarized that which main geologic factors affect gas occurrence of limestone stratum under coal stratum one, to clarify the reasons for abnormal gas emission.In the aspect of the theoretical research, the combination of gas geology theory, gas occurrence theory and other related theories can be used to study the main factors that affect gas occurrence of coal strata. And flow theory of fluids in porous media can be used to establish mathematical model of flow in porous media that apply tracer technique. Under certain conditions, fluent software is used to simulate the flow of tracer gas in porous media, and the results are used to analyze the connectivity between layers. In the aspect of practice in the field, according to laboratory chromatographic data, tracer technique of sulfur hexafluoride is used to probe connectivity of limestone stratum. And integrated geophysical methods are used to probe initially development of karsts and crack in limestone stratum, and find the accurate position of gas cavity in limestone stratum that provide a scientific basis that can prevent the misuse of exposing gas cavity. At the same time, isotopic assay is used to determine the source of the gas in limestone stratum.
