Polymer flooding technology is started in the late 50s and early 60s. With the maturing of polymer flooding technology, the increasingly improving of the supporting technical measures and the increasing scale of polymer flooding, it has became an important technical means of reduce oil production decline and raise the level of oilfield development at high water cut stage. However, with the polymer flooding technology expanded, the polymer flooding produced water treatment must be solved.Field practice shows that poly-containing sewage treated with biochemical methods can be achieved the re-injection requirements. If it was possible that using poly-containing sewage which treated with biochemical methods to compound polymer solution, not only can reduce the sewage but also can save a lot of water in the process of compound the polymer. This paper did laboratory experiment research with poly-containing sewage treated with biochemical methods by Xing13_â… union station of Daqing Oilfield. First, analyzed and compared ion content, salinity, dissolved oxygen content of poly-containing sewage treated by biochemical methods with poly-containing sewage treated by ordinary methods, studied factors which affected solution viscosity, such as positive ion types, salinity, oil, suspended solids, bacteria type and dissolved oxygen content. Analyzed and compared the initial viscosity, viscosity stability, storage modulus, loss modulus, shear resistance, rheology of poly-containing sewage treated by biochemical methods with poly-containing sewage treated by ordinary methods. Investigated appropriate methods which could used for sterilize, and optimizing better sterilization methods.
