This paper discusses the problem which is genetic statistics of QTL mappingusing data with genotyping errors. Firstly, we consider all possible genotypes ofeach individual based on the data with genotyping errors. And then we propose analgorithm of estimating pa-rameters in the framework of a backcross model.In this paper, we design two different genotyping errors, i.e., genotyping error ofall markers are equal and genotyping errors of all markers are unequal. We use theweighted EM algorithm to estimate model paramaters. At the same time, we carryout simulation studies to assess the accuracies of estimates by our proposed methodand compare them with other method. Simulation results show that our methodsare accurate by the genotyping errors through considering them in the analysis, andthe new methods outperform an usual method. So it is more powerful and canreduce the impact induced by the genotyping errors.
