Along with the intensive competition between mobile communication corporations,the simple price-competition battle can't meet the customers' demands. The mobile corporations should transfer themselves to a higher level reasonable competition. Infact, the price has not been the only reason that the customers choose the products.They demand more splendid product and more satisfied serverses.The mobile corporations own large quantity of data.They can obtain many strategy infomations from analysing those data.In this dissertation I regard that the mobile corporations can jump out of the price-competition battle by adopting three methods,they are:customers segmentation,customers churn pridiction,and the brand strategy.The customers segmentation and the customers churn pridiction are just the applying of the Business Intellegence techniqe in the mobile corporations.The Business Intellegence is a new decision suport system(DDS).It uses data warehousing,online analying prossesing,and data mining techniqes,obtaining useful informations from large quantity data,helping enterprises making better decisions.It is described detailed in the dissertation the methods and the steps of making the customer segmentation and the customer churn pridiction models. They are brought about using the SAS analysing software.At last,a conception of a customer churn pridiction radar system is put forward.
