Chinese Small And Medium Enterprises "going Out" Financing Difficulties Of Crack Study

In the author's opinion, it is a systematic and complex project to solve the financing problems of the Go-Out small and medium-sized enterprises (which will be abbreviated as SME in the following). We should consider the problems from various angles in order to solve them effectually. This thesis is composed of introduction and text. In the introduction, the author summarizes the relevant background and value of the research on the financing problems of the Go-Out SME. Meanwhile, the definition of SME and Go-Out is also given in the introduction. The text consists of four chapters.In chapter one, the author sketches the current situation of the Go-Out SME in China. As the subject of the Go-Out Strategy, SME have the following advantages, including special technology advantage, flexible management advantage, system advantage, market adaptability, and enterprising spirit of the entrepreneurs. However, there are obstacles in the course of"Going Out". The most serious one is difficulty in financing. As far as Information Economics is concerned, it is the Credit Rationing caused by information asymmetry that makes the financing of the Go-Out SME so difficult. When it comes to the practical operation, there are several causes of financing difficulty. Firstly, there is not enough support from the government. Secondly, the indirect financing channel, relying mainly on bank loan, is not smooth. Thirdly, the direct financing system is not complete. Finally, the overseas financing ability of the Go-Out SME is rather weak.Chapter two covers comparison and reference of the financing support system of SME in other countries or districts.
