Technological Innovation And China's Textile Enterprises Core Competitiveness Upgrading

The core competence, which is the new development of strategy government theory, is able to bring about differential competitive advantages. The innovation is the progressive soul of a nation, the inexhaustible motive force of a country's boom. The discussion plays an important part in the sustainable development of corporations in theory and in practice in the way of integrating technological innovation into the core competence of enterprises. Textile industry, which is our traditional industry, plays a decisive role in the development of economy and society. This paper attempts to find the source of the promotion of our country's textile enterprises by means of analyzing the relation between technological innovation and core competence.This paper proves the theoretical analysis with a great deal of examples about performances of innovative textile corporations in the way of combining theoretical discussion with positive analysis. The dissertation further analyses the relation between technological innovation and the core competence of corporations as well as the former' s function mechanism on the latter on the basis of the recent discussion outcome. At the same time, the article deals with the development environment at home and abroad which textile enterprises are faced with, and from here further elucidates the urgency in reality of the promotion of core competence by means of technical innovation through thinking about actual conditions of our textile corporations. Thus the conclusion can be drawn that choosing the way of technological innovation is the inevitable option of our textile corporations. Based on theory, the paper compares our technological innovation with that of developed countries, such as America and Japan, in order to find our insufficiency in selves and use experiences abroad for reference, and further probes the path and the way of the elevation of the core competence of companies with technological innovation from two aspects inside and outside.The thesis combines advanced theories with traditional industry so as to increase the theoretical instruction and push ahead towards practice. The significance of this dissertation lies in that thinking technological innovation as the entrance of breakthrough of the discussion of the promotion of core competence and finding a feasible path for the elevation of our textile industry.
