Project Management (PM) is acting an increasingly important role in domestic production since 1990s, when PM theory knowledge was first introduced into China. A successful PM building depends on three significant indexes-Cost, Quality and Time. PM Cost is getting larger nowadays, as PM Scale is growing and subdivision of professional labor is on a rise. Meanwhile, investors are asking for shorter time-consuming and higher benefit. Given the above situation, Time Management of PM has become a critical factor which decides a project’s vitality. The emphasizes in PM research focuses on rationalizing organization, shortening period, fastening turnover rate and getting payback sooner.This thesis studies Time Schedule Management Method according discussing its practical application in the project of Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) bounding production line’s building by the means of Project time management method emphasis such as Work Breakdown Structure diagram(WBS), Responsibility Assignment Matrix(RAM), Critical Path Method(CPM), Plan Evaluation and Review Technique(PERT), aims for solving practical problems on implementation, ensuring schedule, and preparing reference for firm’s successor project building and operating. |
