Based On A Small Project Group Management And Information Systems Research

With the development of management and information technology,management information system also in developing. The traditional organizational structure often lack of flexible when in the face of dynamic environments . So,modern organizational structure is usually a dynamic organization. In order to meet the characteristics of a modern organizational structure, this paper presents a "group model".And we design a GMIS(Group Management Information System ,GMIS) base on this model.The model of GMIS is based on the pattern of team work,and we can manage a project through the GMIS,the information generate in the process of project can saved in the system.In the management structure of GMIS,the management of project is a network-based management,every user can get information through GMIS. Information management mainly includes public information and project information. The user's level can be divided into administrator, project managers, internal users and external users.Finally, we design this system from function, interface,tables in the database ,and SQL language.
