Hundred Countries Journalistic Ethics And The Statute Of English Literature

Based on the De-westernizing Media Studies theory oretical, using the media to conduct comparative research method,the article aim to find the differents from different countrys, try to find why those differents born out. This paper argues that media self-regulation code of ethics is in line with the people,they can fullfill people's hope to bulit a tranparents and responsible journalism.but also have problems in it,the most one is the effects of those codes are not very clearly.the article also disscussed how to bulid the code of ethics in China journalism filed,we also have some suggestions to China journalism organizations to bulit their frame of ethic codes.The significance of this methodology is that this study will attempt to introduce 5C matrix analysis, this comparative journalism research methods was originated by the British researchers at media law and media policy of Oxford University, the application of this model is still a blank in China.The theoretical significance of this article is the analysis using the media comparative research method within the framework of the existing statute of national news organizations ethics to compare analysis, try to found different.
