Ip Network Sla Level Mapping Research And Web Display

More and more companies are focusing on their core compenetency and are outsourcing parts or even complete business processes to service providers. And for the service providers (SP), the Quality of their services is very important to get more customers. Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are used as a contractual basis to define certain non-functional properties (e.g. response time) a service has to provide.IP network is considered as the core one of next generation network, while it can provide several kinds of services. But because of the"best effort"delivery, the quality of services provided by IP network is difficult to ensure. It is necessary to find out the effective SLA parameters for SP and customers. This paper provides an overview of service level agreements (SLAs) in IP networks, and then with the IP network performance parameters and the SLA parameter framework, we explore a set of SLA parameter which is feasible in IP network environments, and examine an approach that are used to mapping the services level on topology based on Web and database.
