With economy of our country and Internet technology rising rapidly, Electronic Commerce develops also in high speed. The Electronic Commerce marketplace assumes the speed increasing by degrees year by year developing, it will become the main business pattern in the future. Both the newly developing finance and the traditional manufacturing industry, looking on Electronic Commerce as one kind of new way that enterprise manages. Many enterprise of our country are still in developing. They are confronted with enterprise commonly informationize level lower, informationize degree is not advanced problem. At the same time , due to the cause of history, the information systems are, even inside of enterprise, mutually independent among every enterprise, and isolated island having formed information. How to integrate these systems and share data becomes present being badly in need of the problem solving.Traditional data integration technologies have federal Database, the dataware house and virtual view. Those tradition methods only have resolved the problems of systematic isomerism, grammar isomerism and structural isomerism, but failed to resolve the semanteme heterogeneity. In this thesis, the ontology-based mapping of business data integration system that can solve the problem of semantic heterogeneous. The main work of this thesis are as follows:1 Analysis of the development status of e-commerce and traditional data integration technology. Traditional data integration technology to solve a variety of heterogeneous problems, but can not solve the semantic heterogeneity.2 Analysis of heterogeneous data integration related technologies, and ontology technology applied to the data integration system. Put forward the general model of data integration system to introduce the method of establishing identity and principles. Using OWL as the ontology language, the establishment of the global ontology, local ontology and the mapping of global ontology and local ontology.3 Use more generic SQL language as a global query language, query decomposition doing before using JavaCC on the establishment of the global query syntax tree, while doing lexical analysis and syntax analysis, to verify the legitimacy of the statement.Proposed global query decomposition algorithm and results merging algorithm, and exemplifies the process of implementation of these two algorithms.4 In improving system performance, model having designed the memory having inquired about slow exist and having introduced slow exist, have suggested that inquiring about the tactics that the sentence optimizes.
