In recent years, the development of digital radio and television industry has made remarkable achievements in large or medium cities, China. With the number of digital TV subscribers increasing year by year, service providers are constantly developing value-added services. The data which service providers have to store is rising. So, service providers have higher demand of subscriber management's report management systems and log management system. Therefore, it needs a set of subscriber data management system that adapt to the current conditions completely.The subject has completed a digital television system report and log management subsystem in the SMS. The system is not only an important support system for a digital TV service platform, but also is a complex system by which service provider manage and control the data of operators and subscribers. This thesis adopts three-tier Web Service-based C / S structure mode, .Net development platform of technology for the system, object-oriented design idea and comprehensive SQL storage technology to design data, Web server and client end.Firstly, this thesis introduces the basic structure of digital TV SMS. Secondly, it analyses the overall design of the report and log management subsystem. Taking adequately account of needs analysis of subscribers'biodiversity data, it uses different data corresponding plug-in technology for different subscribers'needs analysis. Using the database server split and the integration of mass data storage technology to generate the temporary database table technology, the effective combination of these technologies solve difficult problems in the design. Thirdly, this thesis give a detailed description of the subscriber management report system, plug-ins, database design , implementation of the client and difficulties; and described the log management system, including design and implementation of database, Web server and the client end in detail. Finally, test of the system proves that it meets the digital television service providers'demand of report and log management sub-system. Subscriber management system has achieved access to information of subscribers under a different reporting time periods, different counties, different site, different user types and the different operators. Log management system implements query, modify, add and delete on the log information. The information of data report enables service providers to fully and accurately understand the operation of the system.The report and log management subsystem of the digital TV SMS system has been realized and has been running in Chengde Radio and TV Networks. Through actual operation, its many features have been confirmed, for instance, stable, good performance, fast and accurate data. The project arrived at purposes of digital television report and log management, completed the expected design goals and confirmed the result of the development of this system as well.
