Executing the subsystems&equipments' EMC test and controlling the emission of these equipments sometimes may improve these problems. But considering that the research team failed to fully consider the EMC of the equipments, or the restriction of system-level EMC designing via the method called "system method", the equipments passed the test but the system failed in the system integration process. These problems frequently happen in the case of many kinds of communication-command tank, for instance, the radio does not work well because of the equipments next to it. At this time, the system-level EMC test is necessary. System-level EMC test is different from the subsystem&equiments-level EMC test. The former one easily finds out the system problem compared to the latter, which directly explain the feasibility of the system. Using system-level EMC test to prove the feasibility of the system is very guidable to system designing, passing rate controlling, and the mass production. If the problem is found in the system-level EMC test, the researcher can model and analyze those disturbances through the system-level angles, and eliminate those disturbances via EMC designing and modification methods, which are excluded in the subsystem&equiments-level EMC test and modification. This project executes the system-level EMC test to a specifical communication-command tank, and finds out many EMC problems in the tank, especially the inference of the radio. Via the common EMC modification method, the project modifies the equipments&subsystems in the tank, including the equipments' location modification, the cables' location modification, grounding, filtering and shielding. The latter system-level EMC test guarantees the reliability and the validity of those modifications, and greatly improves the EM radiation problems in the tank. This project brings forward a new method to deal with the highly radiated emission and susceptibility problems in the tank system. The method has been proved right and to be applicable to the communication-command tank system, and also other tanks.
