B-type ultrasonic diagnosis equipment, one of the most widely used medical image devices, is the first choice for the imaging of human organic. With the development of microelectronic technology and electronic devices, the full digital design has become the mainstream research of the system. There are three key technologies in the digital real-time B-ultrasonic system, which have essential effect on the visual effect and diagnostic accuracy, the ultrasonic signal acquisition circuit, the communication interface and the image processing technology. The communication interface of the signal collection circuit with PC is related to the realization of the real-time system. And, the image enhancement processing technology could reduce the imaging quality decline caused by the attenuation and noise during the signal transmission.To improve the data transmission rate of interface and ultrasonic imaging quality, this thesis made a lot of research work. First, USB2.0 based on CY7C68013A which is more suitable than other data interface protocols is designed according to the real-time and cost requirements. And then, the image processing technologies could be mainly divided into three aspects, rectangular-sector transformation, image enhancement of the space and frequency domain, which are realized on the host platform of VC++. The rectangular-sector conversion is realized by the Improved Secondary Bilinear Interpolation Algorithm. In the image enhancement processing, according to the contrast of several different processing methods, proper processing methods and filters have been chosen and improved for the image smoothing, image sharpening and gray level transformation in space domain. Daubechies Wavelet basis has been used for realizing high-pass filtering and low-pass filtering in frequency domain.Through the validation testing, the USB2.0 data interface can reach a higher transmission rate, and the processing of Image Smoothing, Sharpening and Gray Level Transformation achieves a better effect, which could completely satisfy the requirement of the B-ultrasonic system.
