The emergence of gyrotron solves many problems which are met in common microwave tubes in millimeter wave and sub-millimeter wave band. The operating frequency of gyrotron is up to terahertz. As an important device of terahertz radiation source, gyrotron owns important research value. Because high power, the losses of microwave power in the wall will be high, bringing serious heat problems, the large-volume cavity used to solve, but the mode of competition seriously, for avoiding the high ohmic heating encountered and difficultiesof mode competition, introduction of coaxial gyrotron, With a detailed study, Deformation structure of kinds of gyrotrons have also figured out, including the slotted structure with inside the slot, outside the slot, inside and outside the slot and the hollow inside and outside the slot, which receive very much attention from the research community. The main research focus in the low frequency band such as 96GHz,140GHz, 170GHz. Relatively research on the 220GHz is little.In this paper, Having a theorizing Study to a coaxial gyrotron with inner slotted structure in 220GHz, so as to provide a theoretical reference for the actual design of this gyrotron . This article started from the linear theory and then derived eigenvalue equation and the field expressions, abtained their eigenroot and transverse field distribution in self programing numerical calculation. CST simulation result accroded with the field distribution in self programing numerical calculation, which showed the accuracy of self processes. using the nonlinear theory of internal slotted gyrotron theoretical to analysis and numerical calculation. Changing various parameters in self program and observing the wave interaction efficiency change, looking for the important parameters which affected the efficiency mostly and then optimizing the parameters to enhance the efficiency.
