Real Estate Information regulators belong to the state executive functions of government, real estate development project approval relating to land management, urban planning and many other areas, housing and property rights of information related to the interests of the community. How to integrate management of national land information and property information for a reasonable town planning, speed up the integration of urban and rural areas and for the promotion of housing property rights, scientific, information management is of great significance.This thesis related to real estate management system for the main application of the direction of housing property management and information visualization management. Autodesk has introduced the U.S. system is based on a common computer-aided drawing and design software-AutoCAD2002 as developing platform, the secondary use of the software development tool developed by Object ARX, the user can use this system to be in the three-dimensional visualization of the conditions, Different perspectives from a variety of visual observation of the overall housing and internal circumstances, and allows for the housing and land ownership information query, as well as changes in property rights, registration and other related management services. The system is designed for the scientific management of property rights has laid a good foundation. This paper discusses the means of the real estate management, information technology and its development direction, and start from the system needs analysis, presentation of the main module design, and how to implement this system has made specific implementations.
