With the SOA technology development, more services will be offered to the general users in the form of transparent Web services, the Web service system of SOA which has the characteristics of loose coupling, easy extension, and the performance is the key in this paper. The malicious virus or trust node's chooses to ensure security issues which exist in the service system of SOA. Also, along with the development of technology, the user puts forward higher request about the response time and no grind service.In order to solve the SOA service system safety and efficiency, the virtual machine middleware to ensure service system safety and performance which is proposed in the paper, the paper define calculation domain to ensure the safety of node service system through the virtual machine's encapsulation and isolation characteristics, also the virtual machine's dynamic migration technology can ensure the service system's timely response and no grind service, it can also solve the efficiency service of the SOA service system.In the paper, we talk about researching aspects QoS of performance and security based on virtual machines in the SOA service system,also it can be mainly divided into the following areas:First, the paper analysis and study of the SOA service system's architecture model, presents the definition of domain, studies the virtual machine system architecture, and designs an assembly language virtual machine.Second, we design a selection module node to achieve the selection of operating environment by defining the credible process and the load node, also it can select the migration destination node through designing selection algorithm.Third, the paper designs a memory migration according migration of virtual machines and task, also we design a pre-copy with the classification module memory migration strategy which can balance the total migration time and downtime. So we can improve the service system performance.Fourth, the paper designed service system's dynamic migration overall framework based on virtual machines in a single service system. Also it can verify the SOA system's efficiency and security by using simulation experiments and formal mathematical methods.
