| Roller-founds heat treatment furnace is a key device in the heat treatment of thickness plate. It is used for the plate technical process like heating up, backfire and adjustment. Roller-founds heat treatment furnace changes the plate inside-organism and crystal structure via different heat up degree with the steel. Consequently the mechanics-performance of the steel plate has-been changed.This thesis has discussed the master plan and design of the control system based on the techniques flow of the Nisco Roller-founds heat treatment furnace project. The Siemense PLC S7 400 is used as the main controller to connect the convert and remote I/O via Profibus cable; the industry PC is used as HMI to watch and manager the System. They are connected together via the Ethernet cable, compose the Roller-founds heat treatment furnace control system based on the PLC&IPC. The main function of the control system are as follows.1. The furnace parameters can be checked and displayed; 2. The furnace's course can be controlled, protection and interlock can be implemented; 3. The process of production can be entirely monitored. With application of the system, the stability of parameters is improved, the quality of the products can be make better, and the safety of the operator and device are ensured, the heat treatment production and energy conservation also are improved.In control technology this thesis has discussed the total plan and design of the control system; presented a method and a special protocol used to communicate between PLC and different object; analysis of the PLC Sequence control programming (Graph) and Structured Programming (SCL); analysis of the temperature control model and the design and realization of the burner pulse cycles system; system self-diagnosis function and solution of the site fault. |
