Measurement of electro-optical tracking system is carries on the track and survey to the goal, and real-time recording its each characteristic. We must test its each performance index when it was developed. It firstly past the test in the room, then it can be used if it is good. The test facility that formerly used in the room because the used time was so long, and was already unable to satisfy the need which the present photo-electricity track measurement equipment to examine. Moreover some test performances' precision of the existing check-out facility quite was low or some performance is unable to be tested. So this article was carries on detailed introduction to the newest design one kind of the test facility.This article elaborated the practical significances and vital roles that studies this kind of new dynamic check-out facility. Firstly, it introduced the test facilities of phot o-electricity measurement system, Then elaborated the test principle, mathematical m odel, the main function and the technical specification of the new dynamic test facility, Finally it detailedly introduced the design of the new kind of dynamic test facility. In this article mainly analyses the dynamic testing precision of the new dynamic checkout facility using the finite element analytic method. We obtain that the testing preci sion of this kind of check-out facility can achieve to±2 " through the computation simulation.The "new" of the new dynamic test facility mainly manifests in its strong functions and the high dynamic examination precision. this equipment may examine static precision of the check-out facility, also can examine the dynamic precision, the image formation clarity and the track performance of the measured equipment. Moreover it can test the dynamic testing precision of the equipment, which is difficult to the old testing equipments. This equipment solved the two difficults that the old equipments can not test the dynamic testing precision of the electro-optical instrument and simulate the path of goal. So the all index of the electro-optical instrument can be tested in the room.
