Tianjing College Campus Network Transformation Project Planning And Implementation Of Key Issues

Since later stage of the 20th century, a lot of countries in the world have successively built up national computer network of education and scientific research, which have been the most important infrastructure of education network and scientific research network in these countries and promote their development.China began to invest in building Cernet (China Education and Research Network) in 1994. At the same time, it took rapid steps to set up its college campus network. So, there are lots of problems about the theories and practice which are worth thinking and research.This paper systematically studies the construction and retrofit of college campus network with the method of project management, Aiming at the present problem of stagnation of information resource construction, it pursues root reasons, puts forward the construction contents and expounds the solving tactics and methods to the problems, furthermore, it selects a typical middle and small college-Tian Jing college, to make demonstration research.In this paper, special emphasis has been put on the campus network reconstruction project of Tian Jing college, on the basis of the studying the state and the need of the campus network, it presents the construction principle and goal, plans and designs the modification scheme. Combines with the implementation of the scheme, it pays attention on the study in some key problems in plan and implementation of reconstruction project.The construction of college campus network is a complicated systematical project, which mingling different disciplines. China has not systematical and mature theory. The paper summarizes the experience of the net construction before, makes a deep research on the thinking of the network information resource construction, which is useful to the construction of the network and information resource.
