The scheme argumentation problem for complex product has features that the decision objectives can not be completely quantized or structured, and the preference of decision-makers will change during the process, so the scheme argumentation problem for complex product is a kind of complicate decision-making problem. Hall for Workshop of Meta-synthetic Engineering which is proposed by Chinese scientist Qianxuesen, gives a method to solve these kinds of complicate problem. It combines wisdom of exports with high-performance of computers, variety of data and knowledge together. However, due to the complexity of HWME and limitation of existing implementation techniques, there are still many problems need to be solved to build a HWME. On the background of scheme argumentation problem for complex product, the paper focuses on seminar process controlling, group thinking activity and convergence method.First of all, because the structure of problem to be solved in HWME is complicated, and experts are kernel and machines are aided when solving the problem, the paper divides the seminar flow into four different stages. According the ideas of workflow management, several methods to manage seminar flow in HWME are put forward, including decomposition of complicated problem, modeling of seminar process control framework, management of seminar task state and design of seminar script.Second, after analyzing advantages and disadvantages of the existing dialogue models of the interactions among experts, a dialogue model of the interactions among multi-domains experts for different stages for complicate product scheme argumentation is put forward. Using the model, the possible of divergence of views and blind worship of authority can be overcome, and the effective of seminar can be Improved.Third, interactive genetic algorithm based on AHP is put forward to promote convergence of group thinking. This method is; expounded by an instance, and then the paper gives an experiment to verify the method. The method promotes the seminar flow effectively by meta-synthesis.Finally, using the scheme argumentation problem for complex product as background, the paper designs and implements key modules based on C/S & B/S mixed structure, meanwhile, the system implementation for interactive genetic algorithm based on AHP is given.
