How to get various speeds of the terminal-sensitive ammunition without parachute (TSAWOP) accurately and reliably in the experiments,by which the actual posture of the TSAWOP can be calculated,is in urgent need of solution in the study of the TSAWOP.A test system has been designed to test the scan angle(θscan),scanning velocity(ωscan) and rotational angular velocity(ωself) of TSAWOP in this thesis.It is considerable significance in the validation of the theoretical calculation and the improvement work of the TSAWOP Stable Scanning device design.The signal acquisition,signal processing,software programming,data interfaces,data analysis,numerical calculation and computer simulation technology were referred,and the electronic circuits,sensor technology,computer technology,as well as the rigid body motion theory were applied.At last,the task of measurement has been achieved.The main content as follow:First,the mathematical model of the TSAWOP's magnetic measurements has been established,the magnetic field was projected onto the TSAWOP's coordinate system,and then the characteristics of the magnetic field on the TSAWOP's coordinate system were analyzed. The relationship between theθscanscanself and self and the magnetic field was found.Second,the hardware has been designed.The hardware circuit of the ADuC7027-based data acquisition system has been designed,which was able to store and transmit the HMC1021,HMC1022 magnetic sensor's signals.Third,the software about the lower layer of the measurement system has been achieved. The initialization program,AD converter module,interrupt service program,timer module, SIP data storage module,and serial data transmission module have been completed.Fourth,the software about the upper layer of the measurement system has been achieved. Data reception has been completed by use of MFC's MSComm controller,and then a data files for data storage has been established.Fifth,experiments and data analysis have been done.The system have been calibrated and the throw-experiments have been done.Then the MATLAB programs used to process the data have been designed,and theθscanscanself were worked out.By now,the purpose of measuring has been achieved.Finally,my work was summarized,the direction for the further study has been pointed out.
