Wireless Sensor Network (WSN), composed of a large number of low-cost micro-sensor nodes deployed at the monitoring area, is a multi-hop self-organizing network in the wireless communication mode. The primary challenge in WSN is highly effective, balanced and stable network communication. WSN routing protocol establishes the forwarding path from monitoring area to sink node according to the distributed cluster networking based on local topology in monitoring area, to ensure the stable and real-time data transmission to sink node and balance the energy consumption throughout the network.Based on the IPv6 WSN node subject in CNGI project of NDRC, this paper presents the technologies related to the large-scale networking of WSN, such as system design, networking algorithm, routing protocol and load balance etc.It summarizes the concept, features, networking technology, application fields and development of WSN research. In addition, it introduces WSN, especially the technologies related to networking in TaraxNode node system, in details in accordance with the IPv6 WSN node system TaraxNode and based on the actual conditions. It categorizes the currently typical routing protocols and analyzes their design features according to the specific application requirements of WSN.Considering the advantages and disadvantages of the existing networking algorithms and in accordance with the practical needs, we proposes the large-scale algorithm Adaptive Load Balance Cluster (ALBC) based on TaraxNode. The paper also analyzes in details the design and realization of ALBC and embeds ALBC into the networking protocols of TaraxNode.The results show that ALBC has stable networking performance and shorter delay in data packet transmission. It can further balance the energy consumption among nodes and better expand the scale of WSN to further develop the practical application of WSN technology.The innovations of the subject are as follows: 1) It presents the local clustering election strategy integrating energy, local topology, load balance and stability via the research on topology structure.2) With the study of the large amount of existing routing networking algorithms, it proposes the large-scale network algorithm Adaptive Load Balance Cluster (ALBC), which is based on the TaraxNode system.
