Sichuan Vocational And Technical College Teaching Process Management Information Platform System Architecture Design

Along with fast development of information management of colleges and universities, almost all of institutions of higher learning go into digital age. Digitizing management is mainly used in students' school roll and also applied in arranging courses, students' selection courses and exam result. At present, however, digitizing management is hardly used in teaching of institutions of higher learning. Especially the deficiency demonstrates in main curriculum of teaching which is the aspects of digitizing and standardization in teaching documents of one course. There is no research of automation application of the process management and digitizing management in prior period training program, teaching plan, teaching task, the syllabus of each course, teachers' teaching arrangement, lesson plan, teaching material, curriculum-building, students' study documents, quiz, on-line testing, management of experimental report and the process of graduated design.The main purpose of this paper is to achieve the informatization of above-mentioned and the automation of process management as well as make a variety of teaching documents in teaching process standardized and the content detailed. Thus promotes the digitizing management of the whole process of teaching.The focus the computer industry concerns is analysis of object-oriented and design methods, since 1990s, which have been very popular means. In procedures design, these methods (encapsulation, inheritance and abstract) can greatly increase the efficiency of software development.Because the main development tools are ASP.NET and JSP, or J2EE as well as the research team selected ASP.NET 2.0 as the exploiting tools, this paper chose Visual Stdio. NET 2005 as the development tools.Based on MS SQL Server 2005NET of FrameWork 2.0 structure which has the excellent feature of programmability, high security, possessing powerful asynchronous handling ability, and supporting directly accessing data through HTTP SOAP protocol and so on, this paper selected SQL2005 as back-end database services which is full competence for deal with the current data. With the application passage of time, the date is increased. In order to adapt to application needs, it can adopt increasing the database server and distributing a large amount of data label.On the basis of the above discussion, the paper elaborated on the design of system platform architecture, the partitioning and functions of subsystem as well as data dictionary subsystem design and implementation.
