The New Media of radio and TV is a kind of important Medias form emerging recently, which plays an important role in social development in China. Three main contents are included in the dissertation: firstly, studies of the rules and management forms of the New Media; secondly, finding out the factors that influence the development of the New Media and then pointing out how to improve the level of management to promote the further development of the New Media. The methods of literature review and empirical investigation are applied in the studies. We try to find out the trace that indicates the development of the New Media in China from a mass of literature. By comparing the old Media and the New Media, we put forward the concept of the New Media and then conclude eight features of the New Media in China. The dissertation introduces the current situation of the New Media from five aspects and then points out four problems lie in the management of the New Media. After analyzing the reasons that lead to the above problems, the dissertation gives us the detailed ways to improve the level of management of the New Media. The dissertation makes a systematic study for the management of the New Media. It underlies the future research for such topic and will be helpful for the Administration Agency that puzzled by the emerging New Media.
