21st century is information-based times and also learning-based times. The skill of cooperation and communication has become a basic quality for individual applying to social and continuous development, while the arrival of learning times has made self-regulated learning an important basis for individual's learning and development all his life. The training to the ability of students self-regulated learning and co-communicating has become an important aim of education throughout the world. In order to realize this aim, the education key position-classroom is necessary. Only through the long training, can the achievement be got. So our education concepts, teaching modes and the students'learning methods should also be adjusted to the world education reform to avoid the disadvantages that neglect the students'self-regulated learning and co-communicating training.My essay is to explore the new model of high vocation computer teaching. It is turning point reforming the traditional model of teaching. It is based on my teaching experiences, deep analysis, and many valuable materials. The new mode is to integrated the self-regulated learning into the task of computer teaching to get the same value of the task's driving and self-regulated and cooperative learning and to raise the chance of students'success.At the same time, I am to raise the ability of students'self-regulated learning and the skill of co-communication and I am to supply the solid basis for applying to society and continuous development.The essary makes an elementary integration for the self-regulated and cooperative learning through making systemic pectination with constructivism learning theory, lifelong education theory, humanism theory and self-regulated & cooperative learning theory. It builds the new teaching mode"self-regulated & cooperative learning". And be carried through one term practise exploration in Computer Culture Basic Course. The practise result indicates that the teaching mode"self-regulated & cooperative learning"can inspire the students'learning fervor and interests, let them find and solve questions in self-studying and co-communicating. It makes remarkable effect in raising the students'school achievement. At the same time it does positive stimulative effect in training their ability of self-regulated learning and co-communication.
