Along with the development of the network technology of its application, distributed system has to deal with problems such as being in face of different systematic platforms, various operating systems, and heterogeneous network environment so on. MOM then becomes a communication solution for numerous loosely coupled distributed systems. It helps applications operate smoothly through different platforms by screening the lower-level operating systems and the heterogeneous network platforms. MOM allows the developers concentrate more on the business of developing instead of the non- related communication technologies by providing a unique and consistent interface that is none of the business of any platforms, which results in the improvement of the developing efficiency of the applied systems as well as the cost.The author has successfully design a message component whose realization depends on the message queue based on a P2P network aiming at applications such as distributed computing which is characterized with variety of data, high efficiency of delivery and high reliability. Chapter 1 introduces the background and preparing works related Chapter 2 introduces the concepts of the P2P peer network and MOM, also discusses ACE middle technology which has been adopted for the realization of the subject. Chapter 3 introduces structure of the system including conceptual model, network structure the function of systematic service. Chapter 4 discusses the designed network of the MOM and its realization involving the design of node management. Chapter 5 mainly discusses in details the design message queue service. Chapter 6 focus the system through an analysis of the performance. Chapter 7 is the conclusionThe author was involved in design and development of the MOM based on structuralized P2P logical network, which mainly includes the systematic network, queue service and that of the application interface. The article is a result of the author's experience in the field of developing applications and the summary of the researches on many MOM.
