Under the background of information intercepting, the communication channel generally has the characteristics of the high error rate. This paper focuses on the research of real time justification recovery in the digital demultiplexing stage under the background of information intercepting. In order to solve this problem, this paper describes related research work in the following four aspects which the author has accomplished.1. Starting from digital multiplexing technology principle, combined with this paper's research topics, this paper discovers the intrinsic links and rules between justification and justification recovery through the detailed analysis of the justification and justification recovery's working principle, working processing and the relationship between each other.2. From the perspective of the experiment, this paper reveals the justification statistic rules between neighboring frames through massive justification experiments and the statistical analysis carried on group signals.3. Based on the above work, according to the justification statistic rues between neighboring frames and some classic decoding algorithm thoughts, combined with the background of the problem the paper will solve, this paper makes full use of the priori statistical probability and posteriori feedback probability information and creatively proposed new algorithms to solve the justification recovery in high error rate channel.4. The new algorithms HERP algorithm and the M-Viterbi algorithm as well as the Most Decision Law and Finite State Automaton Model proposed in this paper will be carried on experiment simulation separately. Based on the experiment results, the paper will compare and analysis the four algorithms separately from the algorithm's validity, the prediction error rate, real time performance and stability.Through the above four aspects work, this paper verifies the validity of the HERP algorithm and M-Viterbi algorithm in solving the problem of justification recovery in high error rate channel.The simulation experiment shows that HERP algorithm has improved nearly by ten times in the aspect of the justification forcast accrucy compared to Most Decision Lay which is recommended by ITU.
