Experiment teaching is an important link in many disciplines especially to the science and engineering teaching. With the rapid development of computers and network communication technology, virtual laboratory based on network that makes full of the computer resources becomes solution,which solves the traditional experiments to constrainted by time, place, the status of equipment, and becomes an important choices in improving the teaching quality .on the basis of the original work, this paper develops and improves of the control system network laboratory.Firstly,This paper analyses the network framework and the main function of the network laboratory based-on LabWindows/CVI. Secondly, in view of the different communications needs of the complex networked control system, this paper organically combines and synthetically synthesis two kinds networks technologies of TCP/IP and DataSocket, has realized an network virtual laboratory of highly efficient, reliable, convenient and real-time operation;it introduces how to use Access and SQL Toolkit to establish database management system,and realizes the administration to every student's experiment time , experiment records , experiment data etc. Thirdly,As lower machine of the system,we use C8051F310 MCU to design a common, small size, fast data acquisition and control modules and debug it. This paper introduces how to use the ISP MCU technology, so that the students in the client can be in system programming to the MCU in the server-side, and then complete the required control experiment. Fourthly, this paper has suggested that the second schemes of setting up network laboratory holding in customer and the deferred problem there existing in network to now have been in progress with the controller analysis. Finally, it suggests the second schemes of the network laboratory that setting up controller in the client, and build a delay modeling and stability analysisIn this paper, the design plan is developed in-depth systemically and put into operation. The real running results have showed that the hardware design is appropriate, the software function is perfect, the system operation and maintenance are convenient, and the system running is reliable. The teaching requirements for system design and open experiment can be well satisfied. More over, the system successfully resolves the traditional experimental time, place, the status of equipment constraints.
